Job Title: Document Management Manager/ Information Technology Liaison

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Information Technology Liaison

· Serve as liaison between Community Physicians Group and IT vendors to facilitate communication between vendor and clinic employees.

· Notify employees during high priority events of status and/or resolution of issues.

· Work with employees to facilitate IT vendor(s) necessary for upcoming and ongoing MIS/IT projects.

· Responsible for initiating and overseeing implementation of each new hire set up with MIS/IT platform to include communication of necessary new hire information pertaining to each position.

· Maintain organized list of issued computers and sitting inventory to effectively locate and mobilize when necessary.

· Review and help coordinate eCW related issues submitted by staff to resolve.

· Monitor open tickets with MIS/IT platform to ensure all are being worked and completed timely and effectively.

· Assist with continued eCw training to ensure compliance with measures and work with the eCW trainer to help provide ongoing staff system training as system updates are rolled out

· Provide new hire training on eCW and general system training as required/requested.

· Liaison between communication’s companies pertaining to phone or fax issues.

· Maintain and manage Healow related functions such as online schedule and creating eCW campaigns.

· Maintain and manage company kiosks as needed.

· Helps assess and respond to minor MIS/IT equipment assessment/repair requests throughout the company.

· Serve on Community Physicians Group committees as assigned by CEO.

· All other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Document Management Manager

· Management of the Document Management Team

· Data entry for hard copy and electronic documents for CPG

· Convert and index Hard Copy Documents into EMR electronically.

· Ensure all documents coming in via faxes, Sig folder and Scan folders across CPG are being filed in a timely and accurate manner.

· Ensures staff is following the strict Naming Convention within CPG Document Management

· Ensures Completions of indexing documents and electronic faxes by days end.

· Ensures team members work together as a team.

· Monitor the Stop light throughout the day to adjust workload accordingly.

· Approves all Medical Records before sending them to ShareCare.

· Create and maintain online patient forms and company applications through Jotforms.

Education/Experience/Skills Requirements

· Associates Degree and college courses in management (preferred)

· 3-5 years’ experience in managing IT/vendor relationships (preferred)

· eCw experience (preferred)

· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current AR/OK/ LPN or RN license. (preferred)

· Refined project management experience (required)

· Refined ability to work in a fast paced environment (required)

· Attention-to-detail oriented

· Refined problem identification/resolution skills

· Refined oral and written communication skills

· Refined ability to efficiently/effectively multi-task

· 3-5 years of documentation management leadership experience

· Must be highly computer literate.

· Ability to work on small network changes (i.e. connect network cables, Wifi connections, etc.)

· Basic knowledge of computers and network

· Ability to work with diverse groups of people.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Refined ability to work with clinicians
