The essential responsibilities of the Information Compliance Analyst 3 are to apply information Compliance Analyst 3 reports to Data Security Officer. Apply senior level of expertise to develop, interpret, analyze, organize and assess processes and procedures associated with compliance to North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) reliability standards and federal and state
regulations as they relate to the integrity of the MLGW information technology and systems security requirements; coordinate systems model data exchange with external agencies; and serve as liaison between MLGW and external agencies for audits on compliance of MLGW processes and procedures.
Qualification Requirements:
To perform the Information Compliance Analyst 3 role, you must:
-Have a Bachelor's degree with 12 hours of college accredited programming/ computer related courses, with 4-6 years of professional experience in Network or Systems Security, NERC-CIP Compliance, Information Technology Compliance / Auditing, or Cyber Security Administration. -Have successfully complete NIMS Training within one year of entering job. -Experience may vary depending on departmental needs.
- Have a valid driver's license from state of residence.
- Resides and maintain residence in Shelby County, TN within 6 months from hire date.
Requires sedentary work involving standing or walking for brief periods, exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a regular basis; and some dexterity in operating office equipment. The position requires normal visual acuity and field of vision, hearing and speaking abilities.
