Industrial Assembler Job at Tri-Dim Filter Corporation
The position of Industrial Assembler reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible to perform the mechanical and electrical assemble of air cleaners and accessories to support sales orders. HVac expereince is helpful.
Position Description
Parts Picking - review bills of material to identify the parts required to assemble the required air cleaner.
Assembly - Use hand tools and power tools to assemble the air cleaner appliances
Testing - Follow the procedures for electrically testing the air cleaners to insure proper operation
Packaging - Package and palletize the air cleaner for shipping
Miscellaneous Duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- Ability to work with hand tools.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to reach and maintain prescribed productivity levels for assembly.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Essential Job Functions
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and periodically climb up and down stairs.
- Frequently bending, kneeling and reaching.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to assemble small parts and calibrate precise measurements.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and oral.
- Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
