Full-Time Caregivers - $300 sign on bonus

Award winning, locally owned and operated SENIOR HOME CARE OF TUCSON is looking for individuals to join our outstanding team of attentive, friendly, compassionate caregivers to provide premier in-home care for seniors in Tucson. Part time positions available, bonus not applicable to part time positions.

The caregivers will be providing care and assistance at clients' homes in Northwest Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, and SaddleBrooke.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing companionship and conversation
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding
• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing
• Laying out clothes and assisting with dressing
• Planning and preparing meals
• Providing medication reminders
• Providing transportation to and from appointments

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience
• $3.00 per hour weekend shift differential

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
• Ability to interpret the client’s provided plan of care
• Valid driver’s license and transportation
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
• Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies
• Must be willing to drive to multiple locations around the greater Tucson Metro area to provide care to clients in their home
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plus!

Full-Time Sign on bonus paid as follows: $150 at 90 days and $150 at 6 months.
