We are looking for mature and responsible Caregivers to join our growing team of Caregivers. Based on the clients need, the Caregiver may need to provide companionship, light housekeeping, personal care, transportation, and will also provide emotional support to ensure that client feels safe and comfortable. We are looking for an individual with a passion for caregiving, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to help others improve their quality of life. You must be willing to take initiative and provide ideas and activities to keep the client engaged and comfortable in their home.

• This is a $250 per week minimum pay even if you do not have any clients. You will earn $17 per hour for every worked hour over 15 hours per pay week. To qualify for the $250 minimum pay, you must not deny/refuse any clients/shifts offered. Will discuss more details during interview.

Responsibilities: (Task will depend on clients need)

• Companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)
• Meal prep and cleanup
• Grocery list and shopping
• Running errands, doctor appointments, taking client on drives, walks, and activities to provide a better quality of life
• Medication reminders
• Task not limited to the only ones listed in this post. Based on client by client needs

Qualifications

• Experience caring for others/seniors
• Supportive and compassionate
• Take pride in providing high quality care
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• CPR & First Aid certification is a plus. Not certified, we can assist
• Reliable and Dependable is a MUST!
• Reliable transportation every day
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Able to pass background check
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Willingness to enforce to health and safety standards
