We are a hydroponic indoor vertical farm in Irvine, CA. We specializing in growing microgreens, edible flowers, and specialty herbs for fine dining restraurants in the greater Newport Beach area.
Farm Manager / Farm Hand
No experience needed. We will teach you everything you need to know to work at our farm.
$16 - $20+ hourly pay depending on job duties and experience.
Must be able to work every Tuesday and Friday.
- Currently only hiring for 2 days a week.
- We’ll eventually schedule you for more days.
Must be able to follow clear instructions.
Basic job duties include:
- Watering plants.
- Preparing grow trays with dirt.
- Cleaning used grow trays.
- Learning basic plant maintenance.
Eventually we will teach you:
- Seeding orders.
- Moving trays out of germination and into light.
- Cutting and packaging orders.
- Pest Control
- Farm organization
- Order tracking
- Deep cleaning of grow systems
- Full Plant Maintenance
We are looking for someone who is interested in agriculture and has a passion for hydroponic technology. We are a very future forward company with sustainability in mind. We care about the current impacts that traditonal farming has on our enviroment and aim to use our technology to create a more sustainable method of farming in the world. Eventually, we'd like to promote someone with similar ideology to manage our farm.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
