The University of Rochester Medical Center’s Human Resources team continues to grow and is seeking a Total Rewards Analytics Manager to oversee the design, planning, implementation, coordination, operation, and evaluation of reporting analytics for our university's strategic planning.

In this role, the Benefits Analyst will interact with senior management, providing necessary data analysis and forecasting to facilitate ongoing strategic discussions related to HR strategic initiatives and ensuring comprehensive, competitive benefit offerings will be responsible for managing the design, planning, implementation, coordination, operation, and evaluation of reporting analytics as part of the University’s strategic planning.

As the primary business consultant for identifying and coordinating system solutions for functional Office of Total Rewards-Benefits needs, the Benefits Analyst will consult with managers and HR representatives to understand their needs for Benefits Program administration. Gather specific requirements, evaluate, document, and recommend proposed solutions. In collaboration and input from functional areas of the Office of Total Rewards-Benefits, the Benefits Analyst will prioritize, document requirements, and track progress of the work of the IT/HRMS team to implement solutions to functional Benefits needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with major course work in a human resources/benefits related or analytical science field required
  • 4-5 years’ demonstrable experience leading comprehensive analysis of benefit programs required.
