We are seeking a Human Resources Onboarding Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for completing the onboarding process for the company.
Responsibilities for Human Resources Representative:
- Assess and complete onboarding for new employees
- Explain medical, dental, life insurance, disability, 401(k), etc. benefits to employees
- Participate in all corporate HHA and Customer Service training
- Use HR databases to review, input, and keep track of employee information
- Track employee progress within the onboarding programs
- Answer all employee questions about HR regulations and benefits
- Support the daily operations of the HR team
- Perform various tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications for Human Resources Representative:
- Previous experience in Human Resources
- General knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
