Human Resources Manager Job at Synerfac Technical Staffing
We are seeking an experienced human resources professional who demonstrates a successful track
record of growth and handling increased challenge over their career, including manufacturing
experience as well as leadership of a small team.
Being technically savvy working with various HR tools and systems will help the successful candidate to be successful in this role. He/she will participate in identifying and implementing improvements in HR processes and operations, including supporting digitalization of HR activities.
They will work in partnership with leadership to recruit, develop and provide employee relations support to our team members.
This is a generalist role that supports daily business needs, having the ability to make immediate impact. Leading through change and growth will be key as we are growing rapidly and have plans to expand operations.

to add value and be a true partner to our leaders. The successful incumbent will have the ability to
contribute to all aspects of human resources including legal compliance, training, onboarding, policy and process definition, payroll, compensation and benefits.
Based at our largest facility, he/she will be the local human resources leader and will be responsible for maintaining and developing local external relationships.
Leading by influence, supporting organizational change, working as a collaborative team
member and being hands-on in executing all aspects of human resources activities are key skills for a successful candidate

- Bachelor"s degree in business, human resources or related field required.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience with a history of increasing generalist
- A broad understanding of and experience in the functional components of human
recruitment/retention, training/development, organizational development, and
HRIS systems.
- Experience leading a small team (1-3) is required
- Experience with organizational development and change desired
- Knowledge of Federal and State employment guidelines to ensure legal compliance.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills to communicate with all levels of the
- International experience is a plus
- Ability to analyze complex or diverse information, present recommendations and
- Able to impact and influence others without relying on formal authority.
- Project management experience desired.
- Strong interpersonal, team and customer relationship building skills.
- Knowledgeable of MS Office, SharePoint, Cornerstone or other similar human
- Must be organized, have proven planning and control skills.
- Experience in contract negotiation a plus.
- Able to travel approximately 10% of the time, domestically and internationally ( Limited Travel)
