Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

· Coordinate the recruitment process (conducting interviews, making recommendations for hire, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining a highly qualified staff.

· Coordinate and/or conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation.

· Work directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.

· Investigate grievances and/or complaints from employees for the purpose of reaching resolutions that provide a healthy work environment.

· Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods and guidelines and communicates and enforces organization values.

· Advise on Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation and employee benefits.

· Coordinate the analysis, maintenance and communication of records required by law or other departments in the organization.

· Maintain current knowledge of employment law changes and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.

· Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations and employee statistics for government reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
