SUMMARY OF JOB:
The Human Resources Generalist is dedicated to leading recruiting and hiring strategies with Talent team leadership, while maintaining general HR and office responsibilities. Supports the Human Resources Director by coordinating the daily operation of the Human Resources Department in single market in addition to special projects and assignments and the implementation of human resource policies. Provides employee relations support to Executive and site leaders, managers, and supervisors Acts as a liaison for employees and managers on the interpretation of policy and procedures. Facilitates informal and formal grievance procedures. Coordinates on site onboarding of new hires. Collaborates with other HR Representatives and leaders to ensure employees are treated equitably according to HR policies and procedures, acting as an employee champion and change agent. Maintains knowledge of line of business operations, strategic goals, financial position, culture and competition. The HR Generalist is often the first person new employees engage with, he or she is expected to represent the Holy Redeemer brand and provide exceptional candidate and employee experience

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:
5 years generalist experience in one or more of the following areas: Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition
BA/BS Degree or related experience.
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with highly confidential issues.
Proficient in MicroSoft Office and other PC applications.
