Human Resources Coordinator Job at Stoney Clover Lane
The HR Coordinator will report into the Sr. HR Director and be an HR point of contact for all employees, as well as support in HR activities engagement, office management, training, recruitment and onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor onboarding & offboarding workflows to ensure required documents are created, submitted and processed in a timely manner
- Manage new hire set up process by partnering with IT, Finance, and the Line Manager to ensure performance of all set up activities.
- Conduct HR onboarding session with new hires on first day and Exit Interviews for resigned employees.
- Manage Internal Communications for HR team – drafting & sending out important messages, sending & updating calendar invites, etc.
- Oversee and lead Summer Internship Program
- Support in full-cycle recruitment
- Support Payroll & Benefits Manager in overseeing HRIS database & employee files
- Support bi-weekly & weekly payroll process
- Provide support on employee benefit plans and administration, as well as open enrollment
- Support performance review process
- Oversee office and administrative tasks
- Be a key point of contact for employees – fostering strong relationships with credibility, confidentiality and HR knowledge
- Respond to routine HR questions including payroll, benefits, PTO, etc.
- Keep appraised & updated on new regulations, company policies & procedures
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information with discretion
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of Human Resource experience
- Desire to grow within the HR funtion
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Adaptable, flexible, and a fast learner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with ADP Work Force Now preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
