ABOUT THE JOB and Ideal Candidate

South Coast Air Quality Management District is seeking a Human Resources Analyst. This confidential position will report to the Human Resources Manager over Classification & Pay/Recruitment & Selection.

Under general direction, will provide critical administrative and analytical support to the Human Resources Manager by performing a variety of specialized professional and analytical Classification & Pay/Recruitment and Selection work including job audits, job analysis, respond to market surveys, conduct market surveys, market and job analysis, develop and update job descriptions and recruitment and selection activities.

This position will prepare and present for divisional recommendations and reports, as well as service as a functional expert to South Coast AQMD in regard to classification and compensation questions, issues and compliance.
