Overview
The Human Resources Coordinator position performs a wide range of payroll and benefits related duties for the company. This position requires a high level of confidentiality of sensitive information.
Essential Job Duties
- Manage the administrative processing of new hires on Paycor
- Complete mortgage verification and job verification requests
- Assist with monthly journal entries
- Maintain employee payroll records and documents
- Compute necessary deductions and bonuses for payroll
- Maintain confidentialcorrespondence, filing, and telephone correspondence
- Perform all other duties assigned by the Compensation and Benefits Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong communication skills
- Excel Proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of related experience preferred
Reporting
The HR Coordinator will report to the Compensation and Benefits Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
