Summary

The ideal Human Resources Assistant will possess the following listed items exhibiting the knowledge and expertise needed for human resource administration. This candidate will work with the Human Resources team.

ntial Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Prepares attestation letters for our employees.
  • Schedules meetings for HR team to reserve conference room.
  • Assemble New Hire Packets.
  • Run bi-weekly and monthly reports for various departments.
  • Prepare ‘Thank You’ cards.
  • Files papers and documents into appropriate employee e-files.
  • Create online Employee files.
  • Goes through HR mail and distributes accordingly.
  • Make photocopies, fax documents and perform other clerical functions.
  • Assists the HR team with special projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
