SPA has an immediate need for a Human Resource analyst.

Overview of the Position

The Space Systems Integration Office (SSC/BZ) is responsible for supporting and integrating current and future space acquisition programs, responding to warfighter requirements, evaluating emerging technologies, and communicating with international, commercial, and inter-agency partners. You will provide direct support to the Management Operations Division (SSC/BZO).
Responsibilities:
This position interacts with SSC leadership and their staff on a daily basis. The ideal individual supports Space Force customers in El Segundo, CA. You will be in the premier space acquisition organization responsible for delivering space-based capabilities and effects to our warfighters and allied partners.

Key duties associated with this position include:
  • Apply critical thinking and experience to develop solutions for our customer’s most challenging issues;
  • Manage BZO workflow accounts and taskings from creation through completion;
  • Coordinate with the O-6 Senior Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) to manage Air Force Reserve issues and personnel;
  • Organize the Directorate’s Record Management Program and coordinate required actions with Record Custodians;
  • Understand Department of Defense, Air Force, and Space Force organizations, processes, procedures, instructions, and guidance.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications
  • Completion of an Associate’s degree in a related field
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience using DoD, Air Force, and/or Space Force training tools and systems
  • Expertise using MS Office applications and software
  • US Citizenship and possess an active DoD Secret clearance

Preferred qualifications
  • Completion of a Master’s degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
