HRIS Administrator Job at BURNCO Texas, LLC

BURNCO is looking for a meticulous and self-driven Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Administrator to be based out of our Irving, Texas, Henderson, Colorado, or Calgary, Alberta corporate office. Reporting to the Manager, Payroll & HRIS you are a highly energetic team player who will support a very busy and lean HRIS team.
You are adept with learning new things and pride yourself on being a data integrity perfectionist. You will be responsible for entering all employee life-cycle events into UKG with the highest level of degree and accuracy. You will be dealing with time sensitive and confidential information, so an elevated level of diplomacy and tact is a must.
You love being busy and don’t mind repetitive assignments. If you don’t know, you ask and you always tackle your work quickly and efficiently with a calm demeanor and a smile on your face. When it comes right down to it, we don’t know how we ever managed without you!
Here’s how you will support the team:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- HRIS data entry in UKGPro to ensure accurate and consistent input of data while meeting processing input deadlines
- Perform regular data integrity audits
- Identify issues around the data including its functionality that may or may not affect its intended end uses including report generation
- Develop and support business processes as they relate to UKG
- Develop and maintain user procedures for the HRIS systems
- Assist with maintenance of UKG Dimensions
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE FROM YOU
- Degree or diploma in a related field is an asset but not a requirement
- UKG Dimensions product knowledge is a definite asset
- Experience working UKG UltiPro with various UKG modules
- Solid understanding of HR processes and data (required)
- 1-2 years’ experience in an HRIS system
- Excellent skills in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel)
- Experience creating and documenting end-to-end processes
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Capacity to understand the operations of the business and the impacts within the HRIS function
- Work well in a collaborative team environment, as well as the ability to be self-sufficient
- Ability to understand complex data and cause-and-effect relationships
- Inquisitive and resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proactive and intuitive by nature
- Ideal candidate will have an amazing attention to detail, be highly energetic and possess a service-oriented team player attitude that enjoys challenges
