POSITION OVERVIEW – HR planning and Cost Control
This member of the HR Planning team is responsible for the North America Area personnel
budget, HR reporting and analytics, with a specific focus on one or more of the business lines
present in the Area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare and monitor the Personnel cost and Headcount/FTE budgets (with monthly detail) while maintaining alignment to the Group and Business line Strategy as well as emphasizing the Country specificity
  • Do presentations to the CEO, CFO, and Head of business lines.
  • Prepare the Personnel Cost and HC for North America Area for different scenarios: 5-year Industrial Plan, Budget, and Forecast scenarios
  • Support the recruiting activities with budgeted positions and analysis
  • Ensure the personnel costs are classified and allocated accurately using cost objects to
  • maintain the correctness of the segmented P&L of the area
  • Prepare other reporting and analysis requests as needed by the business lines supporting management decisions
  • Prepare the monthly HR Business Review presentation for local management and corporate headquarters
  • Work closely with the local Accounting departments on the monthly closing activities, accruals, and payments reconciliation
REQUIREMENTS
  • ADP, SAP system experience
  • FP&A experience and or HR payroll, HC planning experience
  • Accounting experience is a plus
  • Analytical ability and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadline
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to complete tasks
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
  • 5+ years of related experience
