The HR Manager will play a critical role in supporting the HR Manager in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. This role will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR compliance. The HR Manager will also be involved in implementing HR policies and procedures that align with our company's values and goals.

ON-SITE JOB

Job Duties:

  • Work closely to develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent to our company.
  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume reviews, and conducting initial phone and in-person interviews.
  • Facilitate and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that they have a smooth and positive experience from day one.
  • Manage employee files and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with employee benefits and payroll processing.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and professional development opportunities.
  • Assist with HR policy development and implementation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • SHRM certification is a plus.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems and other HR-related databases.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.
  • Understanding of HR compliance and legal regulations.

Job Timings:

  • 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1 hour Lunch Break).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Professional In Human Resources (Preferred)
