• Sign On Bonus up $1000, paid over 6 months.
• Hourly Rate $18 - $21, dependent on experience and education.

About Us

Redeemer Services, Inc is a small but ever-growing family-owned business in Woodbury, MN Washington County. We are a family-owned provider of services for the Department of Human Services, Ramsey, Hennepin County, and other counties across the Twin Cities metro area.

Redeemer services, Inc. was founded in 2007 as a home health agency. Initially, we provided Relocation Coordination Services. In 2015, we began providing Moving Home Minnesota services. In 2016, we were approved to provide contracted case management for Ramsey County and in 2019, we began providing case management services for Hennepin County residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to person by determining prospective housing options based on the client's preferences and budget.
• Assist person in connecting with prospective funding sources whether it is from charity grants or government programs.
• Assist person in removing any barriers that limit housing choices such as eviction expungement.
• Advocate for the person whether to prospective landlords or current landlords.
• Assist person in applying for housing.
• Provide support once housing has been found.

Requirements:

• Associates.

• Able to pass a Department of Human Services (DHS) Background Study.
• Valid Driver's License with less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, including DUI.
• Maintain a reliable vehicle.
• Maintain valid car insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be reliable.
• Honest.
• Hardworking.
• Organization skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work with diverse groups

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of the local housing market i.e. knowing where to search for apartments.
• Experience working with people with disabilities and chronic illnesses.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in social work, psychology, sociology, or a closely related field. Any Degree with relevant experience.

Salary:

• $18 - $21 per hour

Location:

• Woodbury, Minnesota
• Staff are allowed to work remotely after a month of onboarding. Staff must still meet their clients in person around the metro counties areas.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• After a minimum of 4 weeks in the office, staff has a choice of working remotely or in office.

• Day shift.

• Monday to Friday
