MaidPro services the Alabaster, Birmingham, Chelsea, Helena, Hoover, Pelham, and Indian Springs areas and we are searching for people who are passionate about home cleaning/housekeeping. This is not a contract position —it's a chance to start your career with great pay and a flexible schedule!

MaidPro is perfect for working parents and anybody seeking independence at work. Experience in customer service, retail, home health care, general labor, manual labor, hospitality, or custodial is helpful but not necessary—we will train you to be a PRO and valued member of our team.

House cleaning /Housekeeping Benefits:

• Compensation: Competitive pay with perfect attendance will make $13 per hour. If you have experience starting pay will be higher. Pay raises after 30,60 & 90 days. Yearly pay increases.
• Gas: $50 weekly gas reimbursement.
• Tips average around $100 per week.
• New Hire Bonus: Earn up to $100 in 60 days
• Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance
• Time Off: Up to 10 days paid-time-off per calendar year earning more time off with tenure.
• Convenient Work Hours: All jobs will happen within daytime work hours. No nights or weekends. Very Flexible schedules. Full time and part time positions available.
• Referral Bonus: Once you are a Full-Time Landing Employee, and you refer a colleague for an open position -- if that person is hired and successfully completes 60 days of work, you are eligible to receive a $300 Referral bonus.

House cleaning /Housekeeping Skills/ Requirements

• Likes cleaning (no cleaning experience required our trainers will teach you within a week how to be a cleaning Pro)
• Loves making customers happy
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Hard working and reliable
• Willing and able to work in homes that have pets
• Available Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:00pm
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs as needed
