Hospice of Western & Central Massachusetts provides special care for people who are terminally ill. This involves a team-oriented approach that addresses the medical, physical, socials, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient. Hospice also provides support to the patient’s family or caregiver. Services provided at Hospice of Western & Central Massachusetts mainly includes home health aide, counseling, spiritual services, medical social services, medical supply services, nursing services, and physician services.

We are currently hiring a full time Hospice Marketing Liaison to join our growing team!

This position promotes autonomy in the field by giving you the opportunity to schedule appointments, while receiving support from staff.

We care for our staff so they can care for our patients. We provide personalized training based on the individual staff members needs.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Responsible to coordinate and implement marketing objectives in accordance with directives from Board of Directors to increase census growth while maintaining high quality patient care for Hospice of Western and Central Massachusetts. To establish and grow referral relationships with service area physicians, skilled nursing facilities, hospital case managers, and other community providers through effective outreach and marketing skills. To ensure maximum market penetration and improve profitability.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in sales and marketing preferred; experience in hospice, long term care or acute care is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Significant experience in medical sales and marketing may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
