Offering Home Performance work since 1996, CroppMetcalfe was one of the first companies in the Washington Area to offer Home Performance testing and remediation work.
The position:CroppMetcalfe is looking for a Home Performance Advisor to join our growing Home Performance Division. You will perform residential audits for our customers and then provide a detailed report and customized solutions to solve their comfort, energy, and indoor health issues.
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented
- 2 year experience in one of the following fields; residential construction, energy audits, HVAC sales/field, or equivalent.
- HVAC and/or building background preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean driving record required
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
- BPI Preferred Building Analyst certification preferred but not required
