Medical Health Care Representative
Great opportunity for an on-site Medical Health Care Representative to join a well-known healthcare company located in Serra Mesa, San Diego. This role has excellent growth potential and is great for anyone who likes to be on the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering information from patients/doctors
- Inputting information into the system
- Taking detailed message notes
- Transferring calls
- Answering up to 80 calls per day
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Reliable transportation
- Covid vaccination is required
Skills:
- Data entry
- Strong Communicator
- Punctual
- Reliable
Experience:
- At least 6 months of customer service/office administration experience
- Healthcare experience is a plus
Compensation: $18.00 per hour to start, increase upon conversion
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-to-hire, On-site, Located in Serra Mesa, San Diego
Work Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm, NO overtime hours
