Your skills
- Be familiar with operational system installation
- 1-3 years in a desktop support\asset management role in a corporate environment desired
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with the core foundation of the ITIL Asset Management lifecycle a plus.
- Good knowledge of Windows & Mac OS
Your Tasks
Performing installation / staging / imaging of devices (laptops and desktops).
Assisting with user asset deployment of hardware to sites across Canada, Mexico and USA
Quality inspection (visual) of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Timely update of asset management database.
Deployment metrics and issue reporting.
Perform basic repairs ( keyboard exchange, battery swap).
