Southwest Florida Salons, LLC is a locally owned and operated company here in SW Florida that operates Fantastic Sams Cut & Color Hair Salons in Charlotte, and Lee County. • Competitive wages, guaranteed hourly rate plus commission, minimum of $11.98 per hour to start, with $15 per hour guarantee including credit card tips.

As a walk-in, full-service salon with loyal, built-in clientele, you will immediately be able to use your talents in precision hair cutting, dynamic color, and texture creations to maximize your earnings potential.

Here is what we expect from you as a team member...

• Licensed Cosmetologist, BB Barber in the State of Florida, or transferring from another state or country (If enrolled in Cosmo school, or recent graduate with emerging skillset, apply for Apprenticeship program)
• Competency in educating and consulting for services and retail products without the need of a translator to the English language
• Competency in Hair cutting, color application, styling, texture services, hair removal (wax), Highlighting, application of healthy hair treatments
• Outgoing and friendly, able to connect with guest and team members
• Personable and professional in approach and dress
• Good organizational skills, punctual, a collaborative team member, and able to work in a fast- paced atmosphere (our salons are busy)
• Passionate about providing a "Wow" experience to our guest
• Enjoys personal growth through a educational path that leads to advancement in our company
• Reliable transportation, able to work within a "Drug Free Workplace" with testing (Accommodations made for "authorized medical marijuana programs")
