Guest Service Agent Job at Staybridge Suites
The Staybridge Suites has an opening on our team! We are an 80 room fully remodeled extended stay hotel. Ideal candidates would have hotel experience and excellent customer service skills. Positions will work 3P-11P shifts including weekends, weekdays and Holidays.
Some of the responsibilities of this position are as follows:
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests of hotels or motels.
- Verify customers' credit, and establish how the customer will pay for the accommodation.
- Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
- Issue room keys.
- Review accounts and charges with guests during the check-out process.
- Post charges, such as those for rooms, pet fees and pantry items.
- Transmit and receive messages, using telephones or telephone switchboards.
- Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems.
- Make and confirm reservations.
- Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary.
- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, and travel directions, or make recommendations regarding shopping, dining, or entertainment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
