The Green Fellowship is a cohort of experienced educators collectively dedicated to sharpening their instructional skills through leadership development. Our cohort structure allows you to learn from a group of engaged and talented peers who are equally committed to developing the group in addition to individual leadership. Green Fellow programming includes the opportunity to learn from leaders in education, politics, social justice, business, and other industries, as well as to network with the movers and shakers in your region. Finally, Green Fellows receive an annual financial award along with support to relocate to their region.
To be eligible for the Green Fellowship, you must:

Have at least 2 years of classroom experience

Show evidence of teaching excellence, leadership growth, and community involvement

Hold a valid state-certified teaching credential

Be willing to relocate to one of our 4 regions - Kansas City, Indianapolis, Providence, Baton Rouge by July 2023
