Our high growth company is seeking a professional Junior Graphic Designer to join our high-performing Marketing team. This position will play a vital role in the development and creation of graphic design materials. The Junior Graphic Designer will report directly to the Senior Graphic Designer and work closely with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. This role requires independent judgement to plan and prioritize a challenging set of objectives in a fast-paced environment. The Junior Graphic Designer must possess the ability to take direction from written and spoken ideas and translate them into effective images, layouts, and designs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating engaging social media graphics and designs for the Rogers Healy Companies that correlate with campaign initiatives and strategies while reflecting the Company’s unique brand voice and identity
• Collaborate with the marketing team and Senior Graphic Designer to understand project assignments, audience, and intended messages
• Revise projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback process
• Expand upon old company practices and experiment with new trends
• Maintain an optimistic and positive outlook in the workplace

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred
• 2-3 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Experience designing digital graphics for a real estate brokerage, company, or brand preferred
• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on assignments
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Demonstrated portfolio showing creative design, and software skills
• Strong organizational and creative skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
