The General Manager assumes responsibility for all functions of a Toppers Pizza restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. This is accomplished by being a self-sufficient leader, making quality decisions, and instilling pride and accountability in team members. Other responsibilities include the management of operations including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a restaurant team, recruiting new team members, properly training team members, ensuring compliance with all Toppers Pizza policies and procedures, and coach to improve performance.
2. Provide an outstanding customer experience, including professionally and promptly responding to all customer concerns or issues. Implore, share and utilize customer feedback to improve restaurant operations and build brand loyalty.
3. Motivate team to deliver quality product and service to all customers while promoting a fun, energetic, and collaborative workplace.
4. Manage labor and food costs.
5. Execute cash management duties with POS
6. Manage company's assets by ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe and organized and complies with safety and security standards at all times.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or GED required
2. Stable employment history
3. Cash management skills
4. Must have open availability to work during any of our business hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which may include nights, weekends, and emergency situations.
5. Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant, including pizza delivery.
6. Ability to manage with minimal supervision.

$1,500 Signing bonus will be payable to managers who successfully complete manager in training program and 90-days in the position.

Bi-weekly performance bonus of up to 2% of net sales payable to managers who have successfully completed manager in training program and 90 days in the position.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
