General Manager

The McMurray Firehouse Subs is currently seeking a General Manager for immediate hire. This position is ideal for a Assistant Manager/General Manager looking to run a simple operation with opening hours from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm.

You will be going through the General Manager Training of Firehouse Subs in the first three months of employment in order to be certified with Firehouse Subs as a General Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Can build, coach, manage and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring and training standpoint.
• Responsible for the Financial administrative responsibilities.
• Assist Customers over the phones & over the counter.
• General Restaurant operations and back-office tasks; Opening & Closing the store, Food Prep in the morning, stocking & rotating, maintaining cleanliness & cleaning at close, monitoring service reports, running closing computer tasks, inventories, sales etc.
• Manage the guest experience and ensure high customer satisfaction
• You are responsible for the overall operation
• Manage all financial administrative responsibilities like cost controls, inventory control, cash control and labor cost.
• You must set an example for all employees
• Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Management Requirements:

• Must be available for some Night & Weekend shifts.
• Must have attention for detail & food quality.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have 1+ years of restaurant experience
