The General Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the venue operation including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, and sales and revenue generation.

• 5 years bar and restaurant management experience required
• Preferred but not required: Experience with ADP, Deputy, Bookeo, or other comparable software in employee scheduling, processing payroll, and customer scheduling software
• Required: Food safety certification (able to earn upon hire)
• Required TIPS certification (able to earn upon hire)
• Must be available days/nights/weekends, holidays

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service and financial performance
• Ensure staff receives proper training for each position, including safety training and standard operating procedures
• Monitors cost controls for each department on a regular basis
• Assist with resolving employee issues
• Adhere to all company procedures and regulations as well as standard operating procedures
• Audit daily reports and process monthly reports
• Order supplies and equipment as needed and in accordance with company procedures
• Create schedules for employees and run payroll
• Ensures proper staffing and is in charge of hiring for both locations
• Must split time weekly between Pleasanton and Stockton locations

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum 5 years experience in a restaurant management position or minimum of five years' experience in guest service position
• Highly energetic and motivated individual
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer/client focus essential
• Self-Starter with ability to work independently and as a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Very detail-oriented
