General Construction Laborer Job at Korpi Lawn & Landscape Inc
Bastion Builders is seeking general construction laborers to join our crew in the Helena valley. A general laborer is responsible to complete jobs and tasks delegated from the foreman of jobsite in a quality and an efficient manner. The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely motivated with a willingness to learn a new trade.
Job Duties:
- Working as part of the crew in construction production
- maintaining a good quality of work.
- Meeting goals, expectations, and standards.
- Upholding safety policy on sites.
- Execution of construction as shown on approved plans per spec.
- Following directions of foreman.
- Coordinating with the contractors on the jobsite.
- Adherent to current building codes and standards.
- Maintaining of site cleanliness.
- Equipment security.
- Upholding company culture as well as encourage growth in fellow co workers.
- Maintaining a punctual schedule.

Qualifications:
- Decidedly positive attitude.
- No construction experience required.
- Driver's license with an insurable history.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Fulltime position with overtime.
- Work in extreme weather and temperatures.
- Ability and willingness to lift, pull, push up to 125lbs, carry materials, bend, twist, kneel, climb, and balance.
- Ability and willingness to work at a brisk pace as well as work in a kneeling position for extended periods of time.
Compensation:
- Pay is DOE
- Pay range of $15.00-$17.00
