General Clerk Job at Laulima Government Solutions
The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a General Clerk to support our government customer located in Kihei, Hawai'i.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the work request review board, provides real property/facility/BE asset recording, equipment failure reporting, facility project management, requirements management, and in-service work plan/meetings, fuels.
- Operate and maintain real property (RP), utilities, Building Equipment (BE) or Asset Record and infrastructure.
- Real Property (RP) Facilities, BE or Asset Record, infrastructure, and utilities are operated, maintained and repaired.
- Mission-essential RP/BE or Asset Record is operated and maintained to ensure an operational availability rate of 99% calculated and presented to the government on a semiannual basis.
- BUILDER data shall be maintained to ensure RP, facility, BE or Asset Record and infrastructure changes made are added to the baseline.
- Provide electronic/softcopy history reports and trend logs in multiple formats such as graphs, charts, and tables for all points to CE on an as requested basis.
- Provide a corrective action report for all primary support system repairs (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, etc.) that occur due to an operational failure of systems or components.
- Upon initiation of a Service Request (SR), ensure the customer and facility manager are provided a tracking number, status information, and work schedules. All work is tracked until completion.
- Record the total actual material and labor cost information in NexGen IT for all Work Tasks (WT), and Facility Projects (FP).
- Process existing Service Request (SR) change orders and cancellations in accordance with AFI 32-1001 and AFCEC Work Management Playbook.
- Receive requests via telephone, in-person, or email and respond to Emergency requests twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
- Provide response status, (i.e., “technician has been dispatched and is in route”).
- Provide an estimated time of arrival and follow up with periodic updates.
- Coordinate Work Tasks (WT) and inspections with the facility manager. All WT will be prioritized by the Requirements Section and/or the Site CE or designated representative.
- Summary workload data regarding corrective maintenance and requests and actions is maintained and provided to the Site CE.
- Summary data shall include WT volume of work by category and completion rate by shop.
- Perform construction coordination for all construction projects.
- Update Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program.
- Continue to track projects in the WORB until PMs, CAD as-builts, or any other required closeout documentation required is completed.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
High School Diploma required.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
2 years of relevant experience.
REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
