Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting experienced gel coaters to work on fiberglass boats. Auto Body paint experience usually translates well to this job. Employees are responsible for spraying fiberglass on hulls and decks to appropriate specs/millage. Minimum 1 year experience preferred.
Ideal candidates must be:
- able to meet the attendance requirements of a FT position
- able to reliably work an overnight shift
- able to work well with others
- able to read orders and ensure proper colors are applied
Jobs are full-time, overnight positions with normal work hours of 9pm to 5:45am. Overtime may be required to meet production requirements.
