Garbonzo’s Arcade Attendant:
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to bend and stretch frequently; Deal with loud noises, large crowds, and potentially upset guests; handle a fast-paced environment; perform some minor lifting; Stand, walk, and remain on feet and perform job duties
Expectations:
Provide prompt and courteous service to guests.
- Know how to operate games
- Approach job with a proactive attitude
- Maintain daily general maintenance of games
- Provide timely and accurate information to customer
- Keep the arcade/restaurant clean
- Present a clean and professional appearance with a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
- Comply with dress code
- Maintain a safe environment
- Know all menu food items
- Anticipate guest’s needs
- Greet newly seated guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Set up and take down tables as necessary
- Operate POS system, make correct change and make accurate credit card transactions
- Maintain an accurate drawer count and cash out
