Position: Game Producer

Location: Reno, NV

Would like person to work from their Reno. NV office. Will provide sign on bonus to help with relocation costs.

Game Producer III, Specialty Markets

This person will work with the design team and create the vision on what the game should be. The games are similar to slot machines and are located in Casinos and other venues but are focused on Central Determination Systems which are Bingo and Horse Racing. This person must be able to articulate and document vision of the game so the team understands this.

Manages the development, from concept to release, of assigned games deploying in Central Determination Systems, Class II (Bingo), and Historical Horse Racing jurisdictions. This includes both the development of new game themes for specified markets and tuning traditional Class III games being converted for said markets for successful deployment. Works with the game studio development team and Product Management to deliver products that satisfy corporate, licensor, and market requirements. Provides leadership within the development team and takes ownership of successful performance of games in the field.

Responsibilities
The Producer’s main role is to be the business owner of a game. As the business owner your responsibility is to know and maintain the vision of the game while working with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the game’s ultimate success.

Provides vision to the development team creating compelling games within Central Determination Systems, Class II, and Historical Horse Racing markets
Works closely with Product Management on the development of product roadmap
Manages the development of all aspects of the game from kick-off to release
Contributes to and provides leadership on projects / processes / workflows that typically impact multiple internal clients and many external customers
Has shared accountability for achieving the revenue, profit and studio goals
Leads development of game concepts based on intellectual property, games in other formats or original game ideas
Creates conceptual level story boards for possible new games and prepares conceptual design documents for these new games
Defines the technical and creative vision for games including playability, fun factor and unique features
Coordinates inputs from a variety of creative and knowledgeable individuals
Provides input to product development schedule
Creates and maintains product documentation including functional specifications, wire frame layouts, and flow charts
Manages regular product reviews and prioritizes feedback from the Studio Heads
Facilitates the improvement of the overall production process to increase levels of efficiency, quality of work, and profitability

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience working within and contributing to the success of a team
Preferred
5+ years of experience in development in the games industry and/or casino gaming
Familiarity with Central Determination Systems, Class II, and/or Historical Horse Racing markets
Experience in leading people
Advanced-in depth knowledge of the gaming industry
Game design, software games production/development, project management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
