Dermatology Associates of Oakbrook Terrace, conveniently located in the heart of Chicago’s western suburbs, is a comprehensive private practice for adult, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatology. We are looking to hire a Full-time Medical Receptionist who will work closely with physicians and staff to provide the highest quality of care for our patients. The qualified candidate must be a team player who is energetic, driven, compassionate, dependable, even-tempered, and can work with a precise attention to detail. Requirements:
· Medical office experience required
· Strong computer and phone skills – practice management/EMR software preferred
· Strong interpersonal skills and works well with patients
Responsibilities:
· Greet patients
· Answer phones
· Relay messages
· Schedule appointments
· Check in/Check out patients
· General Clerical duties such as emailing, faxing, scanning
