Job responsibilities:
-To manage the day to day operations of running a women's clothing store, reports directly to DM.
-Manage a team of 5-8 associates
-Drive and maximize store sales to achieve goals
-Must have excellent customer service skills
-Maintain shrink expectations
-Achieve accuracy in executing markdowns, shipment receiving, and cash control
-Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
-Execute company visual guidelines as well as having high standards for cleanliness and organization
Qualifications:
-Preferred 1-2 years management experience
-Leadership skills
-Demonstrates ability to successfully push sales performance of a women's retaiil store
-Work a schedule of approximately 38-40 hours a week
-Weekend, Holidays and a minimum of 2 nights a week per week are required on a rotational basis
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a team of employees to ensure that the store's day-to-day functions run smoothly.
- Schedule employees to meet daily goals while ensuring that they have time off when they need to.
- Ensure that the store is clean and in good repair, and take steps if things get out of hand.
- Manage stock price and inventory, as well as ordering new merchandise and receiving supplies.
- Train new employees, develop their skills and abilities, and help them advance within the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
