Full-time and Part-time Customer Service Representative Job at Surry Communications
Local Telecommunications company with world-class fiber optic network looking for part time Customer Service Representative. Applicant would use computer skills for service order entry and searching online mapping systems. Good communication skills needed to discuss available services with potential and existing customers in person, over the phone, through email and chat. Would be tasked with assisting customers process new service orders, upgrade existing services or receive payments for internet, mobile phone, landline phone and traditional video services. Approximately 20-hours will consist of afternoon and evening, Monday through Friday, and daytime Saturday at various retail locations in Surry County, NC. Competitive pay, with additional commission pay, and 401k contributions. High School diploma or equivalent required. Pre-employment background check and drug test are required.
