Position: ABA Clinical Supervisor
Location: Madera
Schedule: Mondays - Fridays (Exempt Position)

The Role:
- Provide behavior analytic services aligned with the code of ethics outlined by the BACB.
- Provide behavior analytic services aligned with the values and mission statement of Inclusive Hearts.
- Provide high quality services to clients and families assigned to your caseload, and as requested.
- Display compassion and empathy toward the client caseload and staff supervised.
- Complete administrative tasks such as but not limited to, updating excel sheets assigned, uploading documentation to the appropriate electronic databases, responding to emails, composition of overlap emails, maintaining proper HR forms on file, etc.
- Complete clinical tasks such as but not limited to, writing and submitting insurance reports on time and with high quality work, overseeing client caseload, monitoring skill acquisition progress and behavior reduction, providing coaching and clinical support in all settings where treatment is provided.
- Coordinating visits to overlap client caseload on a weekly basis in order to provide training and supervision to staff and parents.
- Provide parent consultation and coaching in all settings where treatment is provided.
- Collaborate with team members of the child’s educational team and other service providers including but not limited to teachers, speech therapists, IEP teams, etc.
- Plan, attend, and lead monthly team meetings with the clinical team and client’s family to review progress, modify goals, and collaborate.
- Collaborate with members of the Inclusive Hearts team to ensure a team building approach, including but not limited to Behavior Technicians, Clinical Supervisors, Lead RBT’s, BCBAs, client parents, IEP advocates, etc.
- Provide advocacy services for clients on caseload, including during IEP meetings, educational settings, community settings, and other locations services occur.
- Must attend meetings and trainings as requested. Responsible for completing additional job duties as assigned by the Director or BCBA.
- Protect the intellectual property of Inclusive Hearts.

- Full time salary position with possibility of annual raise
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (or enrolled in Master's Degree Program) in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Willingness to learn and implement compassionate ABA services.
- Reliable form of transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Some weekends as needed and planned in advance
- Must be able to sit on the floor, kneel, run around, squat, and lift materials
Desired but not required:
- Enrollment in a BCBA certification program.
- Experience or certification in Skills Based Teaching (SBT)
- Bilingual verbal and written (English/Spanish)

Pay: From $45,500.00 per year
