Front Desk - Registration Clerk Job at Geminus & Regional Health Systems
Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana’s largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary health care and addiction treatment services. We offer adults and children—both uninsured and insured—integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health center. - Be an effective resource that assists in providing overall communication
- Operate office equipment required; phone, fax, copier, computer, printer, scales
- Maintain files in an organized orderly fashion
- Typing, scheduling, filing, research, transcribing, data entry, auditing
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail in a timely fashion
- Provide assistance to patients & staff
- Order and monitor office supplies as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year of administrative experience preferred
