Physical Therapy Office in need of a friendly, detail oriented, hard working applicant who will be first point of contact for patients. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, taking payments, running reports, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support . Previous experience with EMR preferred but not essential. Willing to train the right candidate. Shift to start include morning to afternoon (6:30 am to 1pm) and afternoon to evening.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Clark, NJ 07066: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
