Front desk responsabilties

**EVENINGS ARE A REQUIREMENT WITH LIMITED AFTERNOONS (MONDAY-THURSDAY) **

intakes
Input new client’s information into Theranest. If applicable add to waystar.

  • This includes all phone calls or new patient forms.
  • If a client is going to use their insurance, make sure to have accurate information for insurance to add to waystar***
  • If an email is provided send invite to portal for client to fill out or inform counselor that forms must be filled out in the office.
  • Verify insurances and add benefits into Theranest and waystar.
  • Assign clients to a counselor
  • Email counselors regarding new clients.
  • update insurances

All clients who receive new insurance must be updated into theranest and waystar.

  • Make sure counselors are aware of updates.

Clerical

  • Scanning forms, ID’s, insurance cards and implementing them into Theranest
  • Shredding
  • Updating lists in google drive
  • Making sure we have intake packets in the supply room
  • Answering phones and redirecting them to the appropriate party.
  • Listening to voicemails & taking messages
  • Occasionally checking inventory for office supplies and essentials only. If needed, notify the office manager.
  • Inform manager when deliveries arrive
  • Follow up on monthly feedback calls
  • Referral sources list
  • Maintenance
  • Making sure the lobby looks clean
  • Wipe down glass door
  • Sweep & mop if necessary
  • Occasionally dust down
  • Organize any flyers
  • Making sure the bathroom is clean (in lobby)
  • Wipe down sink & toilet
  • Sweep & mop if necessary
  • Empty garbage when full
  • Wipe down mirror
  • Make sure the paper towel dispenser is not empty
  • Making sure the front area is clean (where we sit to work)
  • Vacuum when necessary
  • Empty garbage bag & shredder
  • Occasionally wipe/dust down counters, computers
  • Make sure music is playing
  • Making sure the supply room is clean and organized
  • Vacuum when necessary (this includes all hallways at facility only)
  • Occasionally wipe/dust down counters
  • Make sure printers are working
  • Making sure the kitchen is clean and organized
  • Wipe down table and counters
  • Garbage
  • ***Occasionally special requests may be asked upon special occasions/events that happen at our facility this may include clerical or maintenance**

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
