- Supervise rhe Deskside Support team to ensure timely completion of Incidents and Service Requests.
- Supervises team/individual performance in regards to attendance, time-reporting, and work processes.
- Hold annual performance reviews for the Support and AV Specialists.
- Regularly review outstanding events in Service Management tool
- Assign and supervise tasks to deskside support team members

- 5+ years of professional experience
- Ability to work fully on-site in Manhattan, NY
- Experience leading or managing a technology or customer support team
- Professional Services or Legal Industry experience highly preferred
- Experience tracking tickets and using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to interface with internal parties and clients
- Ability to translate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Strong understanding of software and hardware configurations and software applications.
