Front Desk Agent - Holiday Inn Biltmore West Job at Virtelle Hospitality
The Holiday Inn Biltmore West in Asheville, North Carolina is actively seeking a reliable and friendly part-time Front Desk Agent to greet our guests and help guide them through their stay with us. This position is for 3pm - 11pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays and could be combined with our part-time weekend Night Auditor position.
This position earns a competitive wage of $14 to $15/hour. Your Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you play a significant role in setting the tone for each guest's stay. Your job will be to assist guests with check-ins and check-outs as well as inform them about our services and amenities. This also includes assigning rooms, setting wake-up calls for guests, and ensuring that room statuses are continually updated.
