Food Service Director- High End Assisted living Community in Pittsfield, Ma.
JOB PURPOSE: The Food Service Director is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the food service program; including both the front and back of the house. Management of menus, staffing, inventory, budget control, food handling, preparation/storage, safety, sanitation, and to ensure that residents and guests are consistently offered a superior dining experience
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with high end menus with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service in the hospitality industry.
- 2-4 years of experience required
- Must be able to read, write and understand English.
- Supervisory/Management experience required.
- Culinary skills with gourmet menus
- Must be willing to work flexible hours
SUPERVISION OF OTHERS:
- Entire Dining Services Team
