Forest Lawn is seeking a friendly, hard-working individual to make floral deliveries inside and outside the Memorial Park. This vital position is responsible for maintaining the design room, refrigerator and display area of the flower shop in a clean and organized manner. Other responsibilities include;
  • Cutting and processing new flowers when they arrive.
  • Driving and maintaining the flower shop vans (checking fuel, water and oil levels) and ensuring they are in safe running condition.
  • Delivering flowers to Funeral Services.
Requirements:
A friendly and professional demeanor is essential as contact with client families is an important part of this position.
  • Customer Service experience required; flower shop delivery/driver experience preferred.
  • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • A valid California Driver License is required.
  • Must be able to read maps; read, write and speak English
  • Lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to handle difficult situations with minimal supervision and work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.

DRUG TESTING POLICY
