Responsibilities - Fit Specialist:
- Bring your 'A' game to work and help customers select and purchase the Motorcycle of their dreams!
- Explain and demonstrate features on test drives
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect to generate a stream of new customers
- Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
Requirements - Fit Specialist:
- Sales Experience is preferred (not required)
- Motorcycle endorsement is preferred (not required)
- Self-motivated – We look for personality, tenacity, reliability, and coachability
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and social media skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Can lift 50 lbs. and comfortable moving/learning to move heavy weight Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
