POSITION: The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Sales Associate also assists with retaining and providing unmatched customer service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. This position is a part-time position that requires availability to work during the day 1-2 days per week (8am - noon) and ocassional weekend (7 am - 12 pm) shifts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Warm welcoming and engaging personality
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
• Self-motivated and takes initiate
• Must have proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute sales process including lead generation, follow up, and close of sale
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
• Participate in special events (pop up classes, in studio events, and community events)
• Assume responsibility for developing sales skills
• Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
• Operate studio gym software (Club Ready)
• Follow up and follow through activities with prospective clients via in-person, over the phone and email
• Attend and complete all relative training programs
• Take pictures for social media platforms
• Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
• Other duties as assigned
